چکیده

Weed infestation is a major problem in the aerobic rice system due to lack of standing water that could prevent growth weeds. To reduce heavy reliance on herbicide, this research aims determine potential cassava allelopathy for inhibition weeds rice. The allelopathic extracts germination and tested weed species (Eleusine indica, Ageratum conyzoides, Cyperus distans) (Oryza sativa) was conducted laboratory. results showed increasing aqueous extract concentrations inhibited seedling weeds, suggesting effects are concentration dependent. degree phytotoxicity different vegetative parts can be classified order decreasing as follows: leaf, stem, tuber, tuber peel. Aqueous leaf at 0.5% (w/v) provided complete A. E. C. distansgermination whereas 25% 100% shoot recorded. By contrast, were not affected. These suggest contain water-soluble allelochemicals distans
